National Law Review Names Debra Pickett a “Go To Thought Leader”

We are proud to announce that our fearless leader Deb Pickett has received the Go To Thought Leader Award from the National Law Review. Honoring legal authors across practice areas and disciplines, the award recognizes the top 1% of National Law Review expert contributors. 

Deb’s articles advocate for the critical goal of improving equity and inclusion in law firms, and NLR’s editors and readers cite their impact: “Ms. Pickett understands the importance of different voices in the legal industry and her articles focus on how law firms can encourage diversity within their firms, how law firm leadership can implement programs to facilitate the inclusion of underrepresented attorneys, and how to encourage diversity and inclusion through a law firm’s marketing department.”
